Owing to the success of our Eurocenter I and Eurocenter II buildings, with an occupancy of 98% and 95% maintained throughout the last 10 years, we have designed and constructed a new building called Eurocenter V.
The new building in the Eurocenter Business Executive Center, Class A+, will be completed in November 2021. Eurocenter V has come about in order to satisfy the demand for offices with a high level of sustainability, environmental biosecurity, and which incorporate the latest construction, sustainable and digital technologies.
US Green Building Council is a 6-story building built to the highest international standards of sustainability and wellness, as well as boasting superior LEED Gold certification construction quality. It also has a 450m2 gym with deluxe bathrooms, a massage room and sauna, as well as plush communal areas, designed for outdoor activities, yoga, meditation, and other activities to improve mental, physical, and spiritual conditions, in addition to social, occupational, and environmental health.
